It was 1978 when New Zealand last hosted the World Rowing Championships - an event firmly engraved in world rowing history as one of the great rowing championships. 30 years on, Williment Sports Travel are proud to be the Official Travel Partner of the 2010 World Rowing Championships. Williment Sports Travel have three exciting packages on offer - a 11 Day 'Heavy Weight' tour and a 6 Day 'Sprint' tour, along with a shorter 3 Day 'Finals' tour. All these packages include grandstand seating and tickets to the finals, from Thursday 4 November (Saturday 6 November for the 3 Day package) through to Sunday 7 November. In addition to these, optional sightseeing excursions will be available, including the Mitai Maori Cultural Experience and a 3 hour dinner cruise on the Lakeland Queen.
