Enjoy dinner with a guest appearance by Fabian Coulthard on the Thursday before the racing begins. We will take care of your alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the dinner and subject to schedules Fabian will also organise a visit to the Team Sydney Pit Garage on the Saturday.
Airfares are estimated at $800 per person return ex Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to Sydney. We are holding limited allocations to meet the package dates. Final pricing will be provided at the time of booking.
Please discuss your airfare requirements with us as well as arrival and departure times to ensure you work in with coach transfers to and from Sydney International Airport. We strongly recommend an extra night in Sydney prior to departing for Bathurst as the coach departure time will be set and will be unable to await delayed flights.
Pit Garage Suites are located directly above the pits in the Pit Lane complex with private balconies which ensures that you will experience all the adrenaline-charged action of Pit Lane and Pit Straight.
Outside of your private balcony, or whilst relaxing indoors within your spacious suite, you will have uninterrupted views on the start/finish line and all the action along pit straight and pit lane.
Each suite features two screens showing continuous race action and timing.

It is our policy to present the cost of our packages inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Exchange rate fluctuations are closely monitored however we reserve the right to revise package prices at any time. Valid for travel commenced and completed within the travel dates of the various packages (unless otherwise specified). Prices shown are based on per person costs in New Zealand Dollars for payment by direct bank transfer only. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge. A deposit of $850 per person plus the full cost of flights and hospitality upgrades is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance of payment is required on or before 05 July 2022. As all payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Should the event not take place due to COVID-19, Government and Alert Level restrictions we will do all possible to provide a refund or credit for services paid. Please note this is subject to receiving refunds from our suppliers.
