The three-day Silver Pass provides tiered seating for the Airshow along the runway, with onsite amenities. (This area is not covered.) Within 50 metres of the stand are coffee and food stalls, craft beer and wine for purchases.
The three-day Gold Pass gives you the best seats at the Airshow in a grandstand situated directly in front of the runway. Food is available with wine, spirits and beer to be purchased from a cash bar. Complimentary tea, coffee and water are available throughout the Airshow. This area has dedicated facilities with closed circuit television to view the Airshow.
You will receive a free souvenir pack with a dated Gold Cap and Badge, Airshow programme as a collector’s souvenir, one complimentary drink voucher and free entry to the Warbirds and Wheels visitor attraction. Mingle with pilots, get autographs and walk the flight-line once on the Saturday or Sunday.
Gold Pass holders receive priority parking, please contact us for a car hire quote for your weekend.
Airshow gates open at 7.30am on Friday (Practice Day), Saturday and Sunday and the Airshow runs from 10am to 4pm.
A daily shuttle service operates from Queenstown to Wanaka on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have included this in your package price. On arrival in Wanaka there are continuous shuttles to and from the Airshow from 8am until approximately 4pm on all days. Payment is made to the driver on the day. *Subject to confirmation from the Operator.
It is our policy to present the cost of our holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Travel agent professional service fees where charged, will be additional to the advertised prices. Valid for sales to 01 March 2022. Valid for travel commenced and completed within the period 14 Apr 2022 to 18 Apr 2022 (unless otherwise specified). Prices shown are based on per person costs in New Zealand Dollars for payment by direct bank transfer only. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge. A deposit of $600 per person is required to secure your booking and balance of payment is required on or before December 14th 2021. All payments are non-refundable. Should the event not take place due to COVID-19, Government and Alert Level restrictions we will do all possible to provide a refund or credit for services paid. Please note this is subject to receiving refunds from our suppliers.
